Payment and Billing Information

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through credit cards, using the link provided.

Billing and Payment Schedule

Your billing cycle commences on the date your Ad management account becomes active under Amzae. Invoices are generated on the same calendar date each subsequent month.

Invoices are issued on the due date, with payments processed on that same day. A reminder will be sent out 5 days prior to the payment due date.

Source Tax Deduction

All payments towards invoices should be made in full, without any deductions for source tax.

Service Termination Terms

Notice Period

This agreement can be terminated by either party for any reason, provided a 30-day notice is given to the other party. However, in the event of a failure, discrepancy, or violation of any terms outlined in the original proposal, either party has the right to end the agreement immediately by issuing a termination notice to the other party..

Intellectual Property Rights

Data Usage & Security

Amzae is authorized to utilize insights gathered from the client’s account in any manner it deems appropriate at its discretion (excluding use in accounts of other clients selling similar products). These insights will not include personally identifiable information of the client or its customers without explicit consent from the client. Proprietary information regarding your campaigns will not be disclosed to external parties.

Non-Compete Agreement

Clients are prohibited from disclosing any agreements or projections related to Amzae to third-party agencies. Amzae will also commit to not sharing client ad accounts with any competing agencies.
